AW Colour mood

As I said I am posting the 2nd part of my moodboard: the bold one.
Surprisngly colourful winter ahead, yellows, greens, blues, pinks...Kind of Rainbow trend.

AW 12 Pastel mood

Here is a little Moodboard of some of the latest trends for next winter.
I was surprised to see some pastel colours, candy floss colours that will be seen next fall, it seems like more and more colours are needed.
We've seen it already with the new pink hair colours popping around (as seen on model Charlotte Free) and maybe on me next...
I will also post about bold colours but later on. For now enjoy the pastel, feminine a little Hitchcok feel:

Right where do I start...I love Sofia, her style, perfect scenery and I can't wait for this collaboration from H&m and Marni...

Alice Dellal for Chanel First pictures

After meeting Charlotte (Charlotte Olympia godess of shoes...) I have bumped into her sister Alice on Portobello road few weeks ago, the Rock/Punk model is Chanel's new face.
I know Karl's taste for quirky girls and it makes sense he chose her.

Abilene Fawn

One of the things I like most is discovering new music, new bands.
I came across this great artist called Abilene Fawn, whose name was like already telling me it was going to be great  even before listening to her music.
Without wanting to compare it makes me think of  Anna Calvi, Imelda May...
I hate comparing artists as each of them are unique but it's just some thoughts coming through my head...I'm not associating them music wise but in the idea of the women playing serious music out there..

LESCOP

My new discovery and favourite of the moment: LESCOP.

Got hooked the first time i heard it and could listen to it all day now...
I love the 80's dark vibe of it, reminding me of some of our french artists at the time (Indochine, Etienne Daho...).
He's the first artist signed on John and Jen's Label: Pop Noire.
The band is doing a few gigs, one in London next Tuesday (make sure you come around, see the flyer below) and one in Paris on the 28th...Keep an eye on them, yet you can buy the EP in few stores like Rough Trade.

Yes Marni will be the next to collaborate with H&M..And It s going to be Sofia Coppola directing the campaign video...Only that!
I really hope the products will look great as i was a little disappointed with Versace...

The French preppy brand with a rock edge THE KOOPLES" is launching a new sports line next february.
It will open its new store in Paris and will also be available online.
Prices with remain similar to their main line.
Expect leggins, blazers, T's, sweaters...

Primark in Selfridges...

A concession will open in November in Selfridges...First in Birmingham second in Manchester (around the 19th).
I don't know your thoughts but it sounds like something isn't going right these days in Fashion...Especially for the London one as the flagship store is like opposite Selfridges...
